Dr Arcati is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon with over20 years of clinical experience. He received his BS degree from Adelphi University and graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson School of Dentistry. He practiced General Dentistry for one year before completing a General Practice residency at Catholic Medical Center in Queens. Dr. Arcati received his specialty training at Highland Hospital in California where he was a partner for 6 years in a full scope Oral Surgery practice in the Salinas-Monterey area of California. |
Upon his
return to New York he became involved with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
residency training program at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and served as
the interim Chief of the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department. He is on
staff at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Huntington Hospital and University
Hospital, Stony Brook. Dr Arcati also serves as Clinical Assistant Professor Of
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook
and also the Hospital Residency training program. His clinical interests
include Dento-alveolar, Implant and TMJ surgery. Dr Arcati lives in Huntington, NY with his wife Nancy, and their two children, T.J. and Matthew. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys golf, tennis, platform tennis, scuba diving, skiing, windsurfing, sailing, and offshore fishing. When not playing sports himself, his greatest joy is watching his sons play their respective sports. |
